The moment we were called by our clients to work on their Building Control drawings (as their planning drawings had been drawn by someone else) we had a look and knew right away that this was an opportunity to create something special. We started from scratch and came up with a few initial ideas to reimagine the entire project and design our clients' dream home. Not surprisingly our proposal made them lose sleep with anticipation as they weren't expecting such an exciting change after going through a previous complicated planning process.

The property is located in one of Kingston's conservation areas, and just the amalgamation of two semidetached houses into a single detached property was already a challenge with planning.  We knew that having to go through the same process to change the whole design would be no easy task. Despite this, we went back to the drawing board. What was supposed to be a little extension turned out to be a brand new, beautiful house.

 

The results speak for themselves. We couldn't be more pleased with what we have achieved and this is the result of great teamwork.
