This Victorian building located in a conservation area in Richmond was originally split into four half levels.  The loft conversion and internal alterations have resulted in the addition of two extra half levels.   

 

The loft conversion has dramatically increased the space of this majestic Victorian house accommodating five bedrooms, a family bathroom, two shower rooms, an open-plan space for kitchen/dining and sitting areas, a utility room, and a loft cinema/playroom.

 

The whole design features a striking staircase that gives access to all spaces.  The high ceilings and new layout have been key factors in the creation of airy and well-lighted spaces throughout the house.
