The two new rear additions have been designed simultaneously in order to achieve a harmonious balance of shapes and volumes that are sympathetic to the original house. These pitched roof extensions have allowed us to create clean, high, and bright spaces with vaulted ceilings and tall glazed areas.  The new spaces have also allowed us to optimize the internal flow of what was once dark and cramped kitchen areas in both properties.
